Refund Eligibility

- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Certain items, such as [non-refundable products like perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products], are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

2. Approval & Return Shipping: If eligible, we will provide return instructions. Customers may bear return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 - 4 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Exchanges
